Only a few more days until Mother’s Day. I love Mother’s Day… and I love my Mom.
I love spending time with my Mom, and Mothers Day just gives me another excuse to spoil her!
My mom is amazing, and completely selfless. Even now, everything she does is with my Brother and I in mind (and we’re both in our 40’s!)
Her joy is her children and we both feel it all the time. It’s never too late to call, never an inconvenience to just pop over for a visit, and her ears are always open when we need to pour our hearts out. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful Mom, and I hope that you all have a special woman in your life, that you will be celebrating (and spoiling) this Sunday.
We are super excited here at glamjulz too!
We’re eagerly working away to get ready for our Annual Mother’s Day Sale at our NEW studio this Thursday!
We’re going to be loaded up with gorgeous spring julz for Mothers, Moms, Mums, Ma’s, Mother-in-laws, Foster Mothers, Step-Moms, Grandmothers, and all the other Moms, that you could possibly shake a stick at!!!
(glamjulz does not endorse the shaking of sticks at anyone’s Mom.. in fact we don’t want you to do it at all!!!)
We hope to see you here this Thursday, and in the meantime I leave you with some silly Mother’s Day jokes!
Mother to daughter advice:
“Cook a man a fish and you feed him for a day.
But teach a man to fish and you get rid of him for the whole weekend.”
My Mother taught me about JUSTICE…”One day you’ll have kids, and I hope they turn out just like you….Then you’ll see what it’s like!”
Little Johnny had finished his summer vacation and gone back to school.
Two days later his teacher phoned his mother to tell her that he was misbehaving.
“Wait a minute,” she said. “I had Johnny with me for three months and I never called you once when he misbehaved.”
The Sunday School Teacher asks, “Now, Johnny, tell me frankly, do you say prayers before eating?”, “No sir,” Little Johnny replies, “I don’t have to, my mom is a good cook!”
Mothers are basically part of a scientific experiment to prove that sleep is not a crucial part of human life.
I brought you into this world, and I can take you out!!! (For some reason my hubby Wayne really insisted that I add this one!)
and finally…………………..
Moms are fantastic, even when they’re spelled upside down they’re still WOW!
Loved this Blog…thanks for sharing.
As always, hugs! Barbara
